Hunting Africa has been the lifelong dream of many sportsmen. Our, affordable, hunting packages have been designed to bring Africa hunting within everyone’s reach. The hunts take place in South Africa on the Eastern Cape. The region varies in terrain from fertile valleys to steep mountains. This habitat sustains large quantities of game. The Karoo region is cattle / sheep country, much like the American South West. Eighty percent of our hunts take place on the open range with some limited cattle and sheep fencing. The other twenty percent is on high fenced ranches.

All of our hunts are strictly fair chase. We offer rifle, bow, pistol and black powder hunts. The primary method is spot and stalk. Blinds and tree stands are available, as well. We have property designated for bow hunting only. We do not hunt from vehicles or in pens! Our property of 5,000 acres serves as base camp from which we access over 250,000 acres of prime hunting land, leased exclusively by us.

Only mature animals are taken and a limited quota is set for each property. Our animals are all wild in their natural environment; they are not bought at auction and stocked. Our exclusive leases with landowners assure that we are the only outfitter taking prime specimens off their properties. You will be accompanied by a certified professional hunter on all of our hunts. This will be either one client and one PH or two clients and one PH depending on your choice. We NEVER mix groups!

We have four different lodges at our disposal and often move hunters between them depending on the species you are hunting. Additional animals may be taken on all of our packages according to the Trophy List. All additional animals can be paid for in advance of your hunt in the form of cash or travelers checks. Any animals wounded but not recovered must be paid for in full.


Our lodges vary from an authentic bush lodge with thatched roof cabins to a very comfortable, refurbished South African farm house with all the modern conveniences of home. All meals are prepared daily by our staff which includes many wild game dishes as well as homemade salads and deserts. All soft drinks, juices, water, tea, coffee, local beer and wines are included. On site laundry service is offered free of charge on a daily basis.

Seasons are reversed in South Africa. Therefore, May - August is their winter and temperatures drop making it quite cold at times. Perfect hunting weather! Nov - March has warm to hot days followed by warm evenings. During this period we usually hunt early morning and late afternoon, with plenty of time to relax during the day.



Non-hunters are more than welcome! We encourage our clients to bring their families and offer a non hunting rate. If the non hunter(s), in your group, declines to accompany you in the field; additional activities such as tours can be arranged. We offer many activities from photographic safaris, fishing charters to spas and golf. These can be arranged as day trips from the lodge for the non-hunter(s).

Couples & Family Package

Africa is one of the few hunts in the world where the ladies and children are not only more than welcome but also will have a great time! This package is designed with the whole family in mind. The 5 animals can be shared between the couple or the entire family, or can be taken by one hunter. As always children under 18 are free.

We are highly supportive of youth hunting and the family experience and offer this package to our clients making it possible to enjoy Africa together.

We also have quality game viewing on our properties and can easily accommodate families that have hunters and non hunters.

African Cull Hunt

7 Day Hunting Package - 20 Animals

This hunt is designed for the guy who likes to shoot!

On each of the properties that we hunt we have a professional game management plan in place. Every year we sit down with our landowners and set strict quotas on the number of trophy animals that we will take off of their properties. We also assist them with important management practices like supplemental watering game surveys and genetic monitoring. Because these practices are so successful we also find ourselves with large numbers of non-trophy animals, many times more then the habitat can support. In these cases we are required to "thin the herd" and we do this by culling.

We are now able to offer you the ability to participate in this process! Our cull package will give you long days in the field filled with plenty of action. This is a rifle hunters dream hunt. In addition to the animals mention you are allowed to take trophy animals at your discretion and pay for them off the trophy list (Only if trophy quotas for that property are not filled yet). Prepare yourself for 7 days of the most intense hunting that you have ever imagined!

Daily Rate Hunt

Custom Length - Custom Number of Animals

This hunt is designed for those hunters looking for specific trophies.

Our daily rate includes everything our packages include except trophy fees on animals. These you pay as you bring them down. Please see the Trophy List above for individual trophy fees. This is often the best option for bow hunters.

As we hunt strictly fair chase on wild populations no one can predict what will come in range during the coarse of a hunt.

The daily rate is also ideal for hunters who are returning to Africa and looking to collect certain species or to upgrade the trophies that they already have.

Lodging Area 1

Accommodations consist of 6 luxury en-suite chalets built among the natural granite outcrops, and 3 luxury en-suite tents overlooking the valley.

Area 1 is situated on a magnificant 2,500 acre game ranch and is located approximately 90km from the East London Airport.


The lodge includes 6 chalets and 3 luxury tents. A 130 square meter trophy room with an indoor barbecue area is adjacent to the bar, swimming pool, and sauna, and provides an ideal place to relax after a fine day of hunting.





A separate dining room overlooks the valley.


The spacious dining room is made from traditional thatch and stone and comfortably seats 16.


The Bar overlooks the swimming pool with a beautiful view of the valley.


This area is great for bowhunting, with high volumes of game including Cape Buffalo, Giraffe, and 23 other species of game.

Lodging Area 2

Accommodations consist of approximately 20,000 acres of prime hunting and photographic habitat.

Area 2 is situated on a magnificant 20,000 acre habitat and is located approximately 115km from the East London Airport.


The lodge along with its beautiful gardens is steeped in frontier history. Established in 1853, it is an arboreal delight, with ancient Jacarandas which are among the tallest in South Africa. The lodge overlooks fields teaming with game, including White Rhino and Cape Buffalo.



6 luxury en-suite chalets overlook the ravine.



The dining room overlooks the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and tennis court, and provides a breathtaking view of the valley.

Hunting Safaris for the Limited & Disabled Package 1

7 Days

We now have a wheel chair friendly lodge which sleeps 4 disabled people. We have all the proper equipment, facilities and experienced guides to make sure your stay is comfortable and successful.  The Lodge consists of a lapa/kitchen and four fully furnished chalets, gently sloping entry ramp, convenient low-placed light switches and a large, specially adapted bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are all level with adapted door widths and bed heights.
We have over 30 000ha in which to hunt in this area. The veld is varied - rolling hills with deep kloofs, open acacia thornveld and dense bushveld and patches of open grassland. Gentle sloping ramps making the lodge totally accesible for wheel chairs.  The bathroom is adapted with rails and support bar, at all the right heights.
The hunters are loaded onto the back of the hunting vehicles with the aid of either a special lift or a ramp - depending on the chosen vehicle. Four helpers surround the lift platform at all times to stabilize the chair and assist in case something should go wrong. The lift is mostly used for people in heavy electrical wheelchairs or those who prefer not to use the ramp.  We use different hunting techniques; this is usually dictated by the level of disability as well as the hunter's preference.

• Walk and stalk and ambush: The hunter is carried into an ambush position in the portable chair by the 4 carriers. Due to the nature of the terrain disabled hunters usually have to make use of the ambush method but, where possible, 'walk-and-stalk' hunts are also conducted. In the hunting areas, many ridges overlook kloofs, gulleys and terraces and when hunters go after kudu, impala, blue wildebeest, mountain reedbuck or even bushbuck, they are carried in the chair along these ridges early in the morning and/or late in the afternoon. We stop frequently to glass for game. If the hunter cannot shoot from the spot, we work out an approach route and 'stalk' (carry him) closer to the animal.

• Quad Bike and Blind: We have ATV's which we drive around the bush, find a suitable site and sit out and wait for a shot. We also carry portable pop-up blinds that fit around the ATV.
